JUD 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
Sodomy = "To know" ??
In biblical Hebrew, "to know" also means to have sexual relations.
GEN 19:5 And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may KNOW them.
"To know" means exactly the same thing it meant in Genesis 4:1
"And Adam KNEW Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD."
If you have eyes to see and ears to hear, you know exactly what is meant by "to know". The Sodomites were setting themselves up to perform a Homosexual act in GEN 19:5.
"The sulfurous fire that destroyed Sodom left its mark. Today, the area of Sodom is a desert that is rich in sulfur mines."

Greatness of Christ’s Sacrifice

Jesus is image of God
Colossians 1:15
15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4
3 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
In the same way people get more like the demon who is inside of them, the one they allowed to be there.
We will also be "the image" of the one we worship or the one who leads us, who we join
It is all by His power you can not win on your own, but you must fight the battle by yourself.

There is a promise to overcome a sin
Romans 6:5
For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection,
Romans 8:3
For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin:He condemned sin in the flesh

So my opinion is that it is much worse to be a "hypocrite Christian" than it is to be homosexual. God will help a homosexuals who want to follow Jesus to be sanctified in His time. But all hypocrite Christians are according to me at a greater risk to stay deceived because they believe that they are saved but they are not, and because they believe it, it is harder for them to realize that they need to be saved than it is for a homosexual. And by the way, false Christians are the once who are spiritually homosexual because they have "Men-leadership in most organized Churches", so I am more concerned about their souls than about souls of homosexuals.
