Faith in 2015 - His coming is nearer than when we first believed

His left hand is under my head, and his right hand doth embrace me. SOS 2:6

Child of God, from the moment you realized Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God, it was the Father who was drawing you to His love. Flesh and blood did not reveal that to you, but your Father who is in Heaven. Unlike Thomas, you know the way, the truth and the life. And unlike Philip, you do not need to see the Father, because you have seen the Son, the image of the invisible God. And Like with Peter, the Lord knows before you do when you will betray Him,and He is ever making intercession for Us. His left hand is under our head, and His Right Hand embraces us.

Take your/my focus off this world and the things of this world,so that His love may grow in your/my heart and His word produce the desired fruit. This is all the more important in 2015, because His coming is nearer than when we first believed. Hear His heart, child of God; Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. “He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’”
But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. (John 7)

Jesus is glorified saints, and no one can say Jesus is Lord but by the Spirit of God. But is He really Lord of our hearts and our minds? Philip was led by the Spirit to a dry desert road where he found a wealthy Eunuch reading from the prophet Isaiah.he was reading Isaiah 53, but was confused about who the prophet was referring to. Philip was told by the Spirit of God to join his chariot. Now a Eunuch,by the law, was not allowed in the assembly of the Lords people(deut 23). Philip asked the Eunuch if he understood what he read, and he said How can I unless someone guide me.

Now the passage of Scripture which he was reading was this: “HE WAS LED AS A SHEEP TO SLAUGHTER; AND AS A LAMB BEFORE ITS SHEARER IS SILENT,
SO HE DOES NOT OPEN HIS MOUTH. “IN HUMILIATION HIS JUDGMENT WAS TAKEN AWAY; WHO WILL DESCRIBE HIS ORIGIN? FOR HIS LIFE IS REMOVED FROM THE EARTH.” Starting with this verse, Philip began telling him about Jesus.

As they went along the road they came to some water; and the eunuch *said, “Look! Water! What prevents me from being baptized?”
And Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.” And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”
And he ordered the chariot to stop; and they both went down into the water, Philip as well as the eunuch, and he baptized him.
When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord snatched Philip away; and the eunuch no longer saw him, but went on his way rejoicing.

Adversity has a way of bringing out the true character in a man/woman but our Lord though He was innocent of all wrong, died for you/me. Bride of Christ, if Jesus is on the throne of our heart and mind, should we not also take up our cross and follow Him, rejoicing.

I pray 2015 finds Him in His rightful position in all believers, for a great feast day is soon to come. “He has brought me to his (Literally: houseof wine)banquet hall,
And his banner over me is love(SOS 2:4). Whatever the dry desert road you may find yourself on, His left Hand is under your head and His right hand does embrace you, so that you may rejoice and be fruitful; baptized in His death and raised for His glory. We are the light in this dark world. There are many rich poverty stricken men who need Jesus. The whole universe revolves around the Son and the creation groans until He returns with His chariots like a whirlwind

HAPPY NEW YEAR !
