GOD appoints his people, NOT man

Matthew 23:13
“But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you SHUT UP the kingdom of heaven AGAINST MEN, for you neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in.

Hosea 5:3-6
I know Ephraim, And ISRAEL IS NOT HIDDEN from Me, For now, O Ephraim, you commit harlotry, ISRAEL IS DEFILED.

Hebrews 5:1-5
==> Qualifications for High Priesthood, NO ONE can appoint himself or an other man.
For every high priest taken from among men is appointed for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins. He can have compassion on those who are ignorant and going astray, since HE HIMSELF is also SUBJECT to WEAKNESS. Because of this he is required as for the people, so also for himself, to offer sacrifices for sins. And NO MAN TAKES THIS HONOR TO HIMSELF, but he WHO IS CALLED BY GOD, just as Aaron was.

So also Christ did not glorify Himself to become High Priest, but it was He who said to Him:
“ You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.”

Isaiah 32:6
For the foolish person will speak foolishness,  And his heart will work iniquity: To PRACTICE UNGODLINESS, To utter error against the LORD,TO KEEP THE HUNGRY UNSATISFIED, And he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

Romans 12:1 - Living Sacrifices to God

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a LIVING SACRIFICE, HOLY, acceptable to God, which is your REASONABLE SERVICE.

Hebrews 9:14
..how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit OFFERED Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

Luke 3:8

Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance, and do not begin to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’ For I say to you that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones.
