Bible is the truth - Old and new Testament
We had a conversation about Bible, so I just want to summarize some thoughts.
If Bible is truth it must contain lies too, because it is true that people lie.
because He is the Word (John 1:1).
You cannot separate Him from His Word.
Fellow believer, sit down to listen to God and ask Him, "What do you want to say to us today, Lord?" We are to listen to Him and allow Him to guide us, not only when we have the Bible in front of us, but at all times and in every area of our lives. Fellow believer, our entire life must be a discipling class with Him as our Teacher and Lord. We are to be as disciples that sit at His feet to listen to the Master.
God wants to raise up disciples, not theologians. What theologians try to do is to first stand up, tell the Master to sit down, and then analyze Him as He sits there in silence.
It's no wonder, therefore, that they never hear anything from God!
Cursed be any man who relies on his natural mind to understand the Word and who teaches others to do so, for the Word can only be understood in the Spirit!1. If someone in the Bible is lying, it does not mean we should lie just because it's true what it says in the Bible.
2. If some of these anointed men in the Bible for EXAMPLE have more than one wife it is because it was true in real life then, but spiritually it doe´s NOT mean, that you should do that, because Jesus told us about a spiritual truth by telling us about how others lived and made mistakes as example. He is NOT telling you to made that mistake but He is telling you about Spiritual truth through that example. For EXAMPLE adultery means spiritually "Unfaithfulness to God" And prostitute woman means ALL people both men and women who are sinners and defend and cling to their sins. Harlot is unfaithful Church. So Biblical woman represent spiritually even you men.
3. Spiritual truth need not have happened in reality but it also applies in the real world. EXAMPLE : A triangle has three sides and there is a lot of laws for the triangle constructions. This does not mean that there is a wooden triangle in real life but still everything is true. And can be applied in the real life when you build a house for example. If you don´t follow this laws your house will fall down.
Another EXAMPLE is Catholic Church (Harlot) they worship cross (tree) and porcelain figurines (Marie and Jesus) they even worship dead bones because they save bones from "holy men in special graves". This is just ridiculous neurotic old mens stupidity and I believe even demon inspired. They don´t listen to the spirit of God and can therefore never hear voice of God. As the rest of religious people.
4. If Jesus tells us one example, a metaphor which has not happened in reality, it is nonetheless TRUE, when we apply it in various situations in our life.
5. Psalm 137:9 Happy the one who takes and dashes, Your little ones against the rock!
==> This is about "daughter of Babylon and sons of Edom" which represents unfaithful people who turned away from true God. Of course it is NOT to smash real babies and kill them, that is stupid thinking and has nothing to do with this Bible verse. This has a spiritual meaning:
It means a False Churches and doctrines from Satan and demons, and as soon you notice there is one of the kind smash it against the Rock, and the Rock is Jesus, before it grows bigger i.e. before evil grows bigger AND CONQUER YOU. This verse in Psalm 137 is not about real babies but is very TRUE spiritually.
